ハードの方がええで、一年保証付いてるのが多い
無事一年使っても一年後に新品に替えてもらえる
最初クソみたいな装着感やけど慣れたら安いし違和感ないからオススメやで

酸素透過率が違う
目を酸欠にすると、酸素吸わせろーって血管がニョキニョキ目の内側から伸びてくる
一回伸びた血管は戻ってくれん
乾燥しにくくて酸素の透過性が高いから目に負担少ない
ただ外れやすいから運動するならソフトがええと思う
